  11. The following is the documentation to a mail-server I am currently running to
  12. provide support for the C= Hacking magazine and is posted usually once a month.
  13. Please be sure to read directions below on the Mailserver fully. For more
  14. information on C= Hacking feel free to mail me directly @ duck@128.109.79.1
  15. with a non "MAILSERV" subject line.

  34. This mail-server is software running on a VAX/VMS system written in DCL code in
  35. my _own_ account so please do not bug the system administrators at this site
  36. with queries etc about the mail-server. Any questions, etc... may instead be

  45. How to use the mail-server / What it is.

  47. This mail-server is intended to help me keep track / more easily update my
  48. mailing list of individuals who wish to sub-scribe or get back-issues of
  49. C= Hacking mailed to them.

  51. To use it simply send a message to "duck@pembvax1.pembroke.edu" (me) with a
  52. subject line of "MAILSERV" and then with one of the following commands in the
  53. body of the mail message:

  55. Currently the following commands are supported:

  57. status        - returns the current commands (this list)
  58. send iss#.    - sends issue # (1-4 currently). Remember the period!!
  59. subscribe     - subscribe to the mailing list automatically
  60. catalog       - show list of available source /uuencoded binaries
  61. psend name    - send uuencoded binary.
