  13. Greetings.  I've been having some difficulties for about the last 6 months with
  14. my Commodore 64 not successfully initializing something in one of the graphics 
  15. chips.  The problem manifests itself when I try to lo just about any game.  
  16. Everything is garbled.  This is even occuring when I try to use game
  17. cartridges.  Any help will be appreciated.
