  11.  I have an Atari 800 with a power up problem:  Sometimes (lately
  12. very frequently) I won't get a video image at all, or a pattern
  13. of vertical and horizontal bars for the video image.  After flipping
  14. the power switch on and off several times, I can coax the machine
  15. to operate correctly.  I tried opening the machine up and reseating
  16. connectors, and chips in sockets, but that didn't clear this
  17. problem.  I also have an Atari 400 I am willing to steal boards/parts
  18. from, any suggestions?
