- First of all, since this is my first post, I would like to say hello to
- everyone who is doing so much to keep the II alive! Special congratulations
- should go to the entire System 6 development team, as well as the people at
- Procyon. Keep it up, everyone!
-
- Now- the meat.
-
- I need MEMORY!!! My rom 1 gs is barely chugging along with 1.25 meg, and
- continual problems with my 100 meg Vulcan have left me with not enough. I
- want to try out more stuff that came with sys. 6, but 800k disks won't do.
-
- I have a ramkeeper (I know, I know, GET A HD!) and it would be nice to have
- 4 megs on a compatible board. Can anyone tell me exactly which boards work
- with this outdated piece of Applied Engineering? Like, maybe, the Sequential
- Systems 4 meg? It fits my budget perfectly!
-
- Or, better yet, does anyone have a used board they would be willing to part
- with? Like I said, something compatible with my RAMKeeper would be nice, but
- I'm not too happy with AE after paying way to much for a hard drive that
- really never worked. I would buy one of their boards used, if the price was
- right, but if there are others that will work DEPENDABLY with my RAMKeeper,
- I'd just as soon not have ANY more AE crap in my machine. OK?
-
- Sorry to be so chatty-(first post you know). Thanks in advance.
-
- Sincerely,
-
