- For the first time ever, Jawaid, I have to disagree with you. Screen savers
- are more than just cute animations.
-
- My IIGS monitor has phosphor burn. It developed after using 8 bit telecomm
- programs where the top of the screen is white. Although I can't see it all
- the time, that white menu bar is indelibly etched into my monitor.
-
- IIGS monitors, like all computer monitors, will suffer from phosphor burn
- if the same characters or graphics appear on the screen all the time.
-
- Is it so bad that I can't use my monitor? No, it isn't.
