- Thanks Andy Werner for telling me how to access the net. But, what's this Mr
- Kohn stuff? The name's Joe...
-
- Your method of access is covered in the FAQ.
-
- I also want to thank everyone else who sent emails. So far, it sounds like
- everyone is either coming into the net on a Unix box or via a VAX, and maybe
- then there are just two sets of commands.
-
- I really want to simplify net access. It's amazing how many of us who hang
- out here in c.s.a2 all the time have written and said something like "I've
- been here for 2 or 3 years and still consider myself a novice".
-
- This really is an amazing system.
-
- Oh, one more question. For those who either post or email messages, could
- you tell me whether you're accessing the net via a terminal at school or
- work or whether you're calling in on your Apple II.
-
- If it's OK with everyone, I'd like to synthesize (is that the right word)
- all the info, re-write it with some basic info on how to gain net access,
- and publish it in inCider in my Grapevine column. Any objections to that?
