- Yes, the original IIGS was pre-ROM 1 (there wasn't any "Copyright" message on
- the screen when you turn it on if I remember correctly). The upgrade to a
- ROM 1 was and still is free from your dealer. If they don't know what you're
- talking about, refer them to page 135 of the Apple II Guide or have them
- call 800-776-2333 and ask Apple. (The Apple Customer Assistance Center)...
