- hmm, I think you are confusing the 65816 and 65802. The 65802 is
- pin-compatible with the 65c02, and you could drop it into your socket
- on the //e. The 65816, however ISNT pin compatible so you CANT simply
- drop it in. The difference I think is in the address lines. the 65816
- has 24 lines to access 16 megs, while the 65802 has 16, like the
- 65c02.
