  13. This weekend I wanted to repartion my IIgs's 80MB disk, so I did the following:
  14.  
  15.   1) Ran the Archiver (came with System 6.0)
  16.  
  17.      1a) Did a archive files on my first parition
  18.      1b) Did a select all files (OA-A)
  19.      1c) Changed disk many times
  20.  
  21.      1d) Repeated 1a-1c for other two partitions
  22.  
  23.   2) Repartitioned the disk
  24.  
  25.   3) Restored partitioned from just taken archives
  26.  
  27.   4) Discovered that the Archiver had *NOT* archived *some* of the applications
  28.      that were on the desktop, even though it verified the disk and gave **NO**
  29.      errors on either the archive or restore operations.
  30.  
  31.   5) Used many words that I should not have used.
  32.  
  33. Is this a known bug?
  34.  
  35. Is there a *reliable* archiver/backup program that should be used?
