  32. For libraries, it seems that the Version command always reports the
  33. version number for the library that is currently loaded into memory.
  34. Thus, when you asked for 'version powerpacker.library', the system
  35. discovered that there is a powerpacker.library in memory, version
  36. 35.254, and it reported that, ignoring whatever was on disk.  This
  37. check for libraries is case-sensitive, so when you asked about
  38. PowerPacker.library, it gave you information about the one on disk.
