- Powerpacker is a strange utility!!! I have 6 PowerPacker.library files,
- and if I use the CLI-command "version" on these files i get this
- information:
-
- Name Version Size
-
- powerpacker.library 35.344 2604
- powerpacker.library 35.254 5236
- powerpacker.library 35.254 2664
- powerpacker.library 35.254 4136
- PowerPacker.library 33.1 2664
- powerpacker.library 35.254 6036
-
- (BTW why can't you get version number if you change the filename?)
-
- As you see sizes of the files are very different but the version
- are the same! And 2 of the files has exactly the same lenght but
- different version number! Why???
-
- I had tried to use PowerPacker Patcher v1.0 but it makes my 2.04
- Amiga go into Nirvana. And if I look in the documentation I can
- read that it don't work under OS2.0, but what should I do to use
- powerpacker for my datafiles?
-
- THANX for ReAdInG and more THANX if you answer!
