- In a month or two I plan to get an a1200 or a4000. I know that VERY
- few non-commodore monitors support the 15Khz screen modes. Question:
- With the PD "hacks" available with 3.0 (promotes all screens to any
- resolution, etc..), do I really need the 15Khz modes? What programs
- absolutely require such modes?
-
- I can get a good deal on a NEC 4FG, but it doesn't scan to 15Khz. It
- is worth it to get the NEC and loose the 15Khz mode, or go with a 1960
- (yuk!) or ????
-
- ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
-
- Thanks in Advance,
-
- Derek
