  13. I wish to get a new monitor and after some research  I have narrowed
  14. it down to three candidates: NEC 3D, SONY 1302, and C= 1960.

  16. *NOTE: I have found companies which still sell the first two.

  18. I would like for anyone who has used one of these monitors (especially,
  19. the NEC and SONY) to answer a few questions for me.
  20.  
  21. 1) can it use overscan?
  22. 2) How quickly does it change between screens of different synch rates?
  23. 3) How "sharp" is the display?
  24. 4) Are the controls easily accessible from the front?
  25.  
  26. By the way, I talked to my local C= dealer and he heard the new Quad synch
  27. monitors are going to be inexpensive (~$300) multisynch monitors to be
  28. used with the A1200.  He wasn't certain so take the info with a grain of
  29. salt.
