  30. Sigh.  I forgot to add a Q&A section that mentions what to do when the name
  31. portion of that complaint is blank, i.e. "Unable to update index ()" -- in
  32. that case, KingFisher hasn't got a name for the name index.  Version 1.1
  33. had a Readme file that specifically said you need to add a particular line
  34. to the .config file.  I forgot that for 1.11 :(

  36. As to the question why I force the .config file into S: ... well, that's
  37. been changed.  I think as of version 1.1 KingFisher will first look in the
  38. root directory, then in CONFIGS: then CONFIG: then CNF: and then S: --
  39. Thanks to Daniel Wicke <wicke@wpts0.physik.uni-wuppertal.de> who sent me
  40. some extracts from what the Style Guide says on the subject, I will make
  41. appropriate changes soon in order to conform more closely to the guide
  42. lines.
