  14. -> and a CD-ROM drive.

  16. CD rom drives have still been rather expensive and only have gradually
  17. come down in price.  Besides being cheap does not mean it will become
  18. popular.  Throw in the costs of creating and mastering CD's and there
  19. have been real barriers which have stunted the growth of CD-Rom sales.
  20. Heck only recently has CD-Rom technology taken off in the MS-Dos world
  21. so it isn't like C= is missing the boat on anything.  Suffice to say
  22. CD-Rom technology will begin to be popular thanks to cheaper mastering
  23. costs, the drives themselves, AGA chipset etc...  For a consumer
  24. oriented computer company, I'm content in knowing that I won't be left
  25. out of the CD-Rom revolution.  And neither will you.  So sit back, pour
  26. yourself some eggnog and enjoy your Amiga.  I know I will.
