  15.      I mangaged to solve my (daughter's) problem, but you wouldn't
  16. believe how I did it given my job title.   I disconnected the hard
  17. disk from the controller (causing a read error requestor to pop up)
  18. and was able to save the files to the RAD: disk, reconnect the hard
  19. disk and reboot.

  21.      But I'm still looking for a better/upgraded version of
  22. billsdisk.device.  (I figure what happened is that the driver was
  23. waiting for the disk to respond, and either the disk had not recieved
  24. the request, or the driver had missed the response.  On a clear disk
  25. you can seek forever....)
