- Is there a fixed relationship between the RGBI signal out of Amiga and
- the color clock (CCK or C1, I think)?

- Is the FIRST pixel valid on the rising edge of the CCK or on the falling one or
- none of the above?

- Is this relationship the same on all machine (before the AGA chipset)?
