  23. 1) If my understanding of Kodak's wish to keep their format
  24. proprietary and quiet is correct, then Kokak wishes to be the only
  25. people who write drivers.

  27. 2) No modifications or additions would be necessary under 3.0.  At
  28. most, perhaps, would be a datatype so that MultiView could support it
  29. transparently.

  31. 3) Having multisession CD-ROM hardware is not a reason.  Period.  It
  32. may influence CDTV's posession of it, but multisession discs are
  33. available for the Amiga now, in the form of a SCSI-device.  This
  34. invalidates the "multisession" argument.  Very few people assume that
  35. a solution must come from C= for everything, and Kodak would see this
  36. as merely "a facet" of that.
