  16. I'm also sorry you did not register your ADPro with us (which 
  17. apparently  you haven't). I  would have thought that a person 
  18. who felt strongly  enough  about  getting  satisfaction  from
  19. their investment (to send  a  disparaging  note to  a  public 
  20. forum) would certainly have taken the time to register for the 
  21. free upgrades and maintenance releases we send regularly.

  23. As for the information you received from our technical support
  24. staff, are you  sure you  spoke  to  *our*  technical  support 
  25. department. The reason I ask, is that you can't get through to
  26. them  unless  you're  registered (the  receptionist will  even
  27. register you on the phone), and as I  said before, you are not
  28. to be found in our records.

  31. your registration can be found or authenticated I'm sure your
  32. 040 problems will be solved.
