- This has always been a problem. The problem often arises when you use very
- subtle light changes, even with 24 bits. We have changed from an integer
- format image to a floating format image and this has improved the quality
- of our images. I don't know if 32 bits will solve the problem any better.
- Dithering can help. Gamma correction can help, if the problem is in the
- quality of your display devices.
