- Well, I was impressed by the demo version, and (not having the benefit of
- the above suggestion :-() I ordered a copy of DS 4.1, which came yesterday.
- Tonight I installed it on my hard drive, and I can't seem to get it to use
- my FPU (I have a 2620 board with 68881 math chip). The manual talks about
- there being "effectively" 4 versions - for 1.3 and 2.0, each with and without
- math chip support; and the demo had two of these versions (1.3 without FPU
- and 2.0 with fpu), but I can find only one version of the program on the
- three disks supplied, and it does not seem to be using the math chip.
- Can anyone clue me in on how I can get DS to use the 68881? Should I have
- ordered a different "version" of the program? Neither in the manual nor
- among all the menus and requesters can I find anything that looks like
- it enables FPU support.
-
- Thanks for any assistance,
