  13.         I urgently need help. I bought a second hand Acorn A5000 Mscan
  14. monitor which I am using with my A440/1 two months ago. Yesterday it
  15. started doing this:

  17.         after working for about 5 mins the screen starts flashing and then
  18. it gets smaller and smaller until it desappears. Then the on/off indication
  19. LED starts flashing. If I switch it off and let it stay for a while, I can
  20. switch it on but it does the same thing again.

  22.         Does anybody know what this problem is? Is it serious? Is it
  23. expensive to fix if the monitor is not under guarrantee any more?
