  14. We run a lot of ISO Latin-1 here -- I hate it; there are just too many
  15. things that break when they see 8 bit characters, and I'm usually the one
  16. who has to _hack_ 8 bit cleanliness into things.  Don't get me wrong, I'm
  17. all for 8 bit clean code.  Once we have that, just run Plan 9 utf  -- end
  18. of problem.  Pushing Plan 9 utf should make everyone happy; it's clean,
  19. simple and it _works_.
