  15. I have a version of this which I actually made work.  The
  16. problem is that it has a funky menu interface instead
  17. of a simple command-line interface.  It has two programs,
  18. 1) takes a bunch of phonemes and generates a table of 
  19. numbers, and 2) which reads the table and generates
  20. a binary sound sample.
