- I am looking for more info on Spatial light modulator developed by NTT. It
- appeared in Laser Focus World, May 1990 issue.
-
- It reads:
-
- In April (1990), Nippon Telgraph and Telephone announced the development of
- an image processor that does not need to convert images into electroni
- signals to process them. The sytem includes a new high-speed spatial light
- modulator based on ferroelectric liquid crystals, with a response time of
- only 70 microsecond. The processor operates at more than 2000 frames/s. A
- detailed report will follow.
-
- If anyone knows about this product, where to get more info, or NTT's office
- address/phone number/e-mail, please e-mail me.
-
- thank you.
