- I have read EDN's 26Nov92 Special Report: 43 chips on file.
- Can anyone tell me why the 8086 Intel chip is not as good
- as a 68000 Motorola chip as an imbedded computer in real-time
- applications?
- Note: The 8086 uses DOS and the 68000 uses a real-time
- kernal.
