  12. In RFC1119 there is a small discussion regarding loops where it is stated  
  13. that loops are bad.  I assume that it is speaking in reference to a group  
  14. of NTP servers all peered to one another.

  16. My questions are:  What are loops?  Why are they bad?  If I had a group of  
  17. four (4) servers all peered to each other is that bad?  (In this case each  
  18. of the four are servers to a primary source.)
