  45. You need your ntp server to run a master timed which knows that the local
  46. clock is correct (due to the NTP synchronisation) and that refuses to
  47. believe any of the slave timed's.  Ask archie about ntp-timed.patch,
  48. or grab hippo.ru.ac.za:/pub/network/timed+ntp.tar.Z, which is a timed
  49. that has the patch already applied.
