  27. PKTMUX was loaded with a switch to load upto 4 virtual packet drivers

  29. One additional virtual packet driver was loaded at 0x62 before starting 
  30. Windows.  Additional packet driver were loaded from within Windows 3.1
  31. DOS boxes as applications loaded.
