- API. What I overlooked was the differences/opportunities that
- Winsock offers for dynamic binding and additional function to support
- that type of environment.

- fair to assume that the major TCP vendors will be implementing this
- API in their products? Are we likely to see this in the major UNIX
- impelmentations as well as NT & OS/2 for example?
