  13.    HEELLLPPPP! I'm having a lot of problems configuring PC Route (the latest  
  14. version - 2.2 I think) to enable BOOTP in a PC Lab. Here is a diagram of the  
  15. current configuration :

  23.    PCs in the Lab send BOOTP requests but time out and fail.  The Vax  
  24. definitely gets the request (if you disable the machine's bootp entry an error  
  25. is registered). I'm not sure whether the problem is:
  26.    a) The Vax may not be sending out replies on the right subnet or
  27.    b) the Router not routing the reply from the Vax
  28.

  57. From the Lab I can ping 159.28.30.1, 159.28.231.254 but not 159.28.231.3
  58. Why is this?
  59. Similarly from the Vax I can ping the Lab but not the Vax end of the SLIP line
