- Well, I finally have PPP up and working pretty well between my box (Esix
- 4.0.3) and a sun at work (SunOS 4.1.3). However, I haven't been able to
- get it to work the other way round, albeit I seem tantalizingly close.
- If anybody has already tackled this problem (and had experience with
- other problems that I am having with, routing through an established PPP
- gateway to other machines on the remote network, the use(?) of the
- /etc/gateways file, more specific details about /etc/networks, why I had
- to link /dev/ppp to /dev/ppp0, etc.), I would appreciate any hints, even
- darkly veiled ones!
