  13. WinBiff 1.4, a 'biff' program for Windows 3.x in conjunction with
  14. UUPC/ex, Waffle, FUUCP, or PC-NFS, is ready for distribution.

  16. It should be available sometime this week on SIMTEL20
  17. (PD1:<MSDOS.WINDOWS3>) (as WNBFF14.ZIP) and ftp.cica.indiana.edu 
  18. (in pub/pc/win3/misc/wnbff14.zip).

  20. WinBiff now will show Waffle mail headers, and you can click on
  21. WinBiff to launch your mail reader.  You no longer have to choose
  22. manually between sendmail and MMDF mail formats; WinBiff figures it
  23. out.
