  13.   Is there anybody knows how to write a simple communication program for 
  14. the "FAX" part of a fax-modem (say, send a fax)? 
  15. I would appreciate if somebody could give me some advice about the basics
  16. of the fax communication specification and c-program interface to the
  17. fax-modem.
