  13. I'm having problems with NCSA Telnet for the PC, version 2.3.05. Could
  14. someone please advise me of an appropriate newsgroup to send this to
  15. (I'm assuming that some readers of the groups I've sent to run both
  16. the Mac and PC versions and might be able to help on this).

  18. In case someone knows (about the problem), it seems to be ignoring the
  19. "retrans" parameter, and is flooding our ethernet with TCP retries. Thanx.
