  15.     To all those out there looking for a good SCSI Tape
  16. backup program-----I was one myself...

  18. I recently got a copy of PCTOOLS 8.0 and found SCSI tape backup
  19. support included in the backup portion of the software.
  20. You must have an Adaptec SCSI card or an ASPI driver for your SCSI
  21. board, but after that it's all as easy as any other backup you've
  22. done.
  23. I've used it 2or 3 times now and have to admit, I like it
  24. alot......
  25. Many options are available, such as(Just to name a few):
  26.     Multiple tape backups
  27.     Set a convient time for you unattended backup 
  28.     Verify your backup as its being done
  29.     Compression of data during backup or not(Its up to you)
  30.     Backup all drives to 1 save set
  31.     Backup only new files
  32.     Backup by date of files
  33.  
  34.     Etc......

  37. Give it a try, along with the rest of the tools you
  38. get for the money, you'll find it a very good investment.
