  11. I have a FD-1660 controller and am looking for some information about
  12. the type of performance I should expect from the controller.  It is
  13. hooked to a Rodime 3259T and is giving XFER rates of:
  14.     @860KB/s - Norton SI
  15.     @795KB/s - CoreTest
  16. The system I am using these components in is a 386/40 with an AMI BIOS.
  17. I was hoping to have transfer rates of 1MB/s or more, is this possible
  18. with the FD1660?  Are there settings that I can implement to alter the
  19. DMA?  The information I received with the card and drive is a bit
  20. limited, so any help from users on the net is appreciated.
