- HELP!
- I have recently upgraded my PC to a 386 motherboard and suddenly
- I get this crazy error message from the tape backup unit porgram:
- Error 96 - HOST COMPUTER IS TOO FAST
- The tape backup unit is a model XR4(E) from ColoradoMemory Systems
- and is no longer serviced by them. The local agents only answer
- is to buy their new 120MB unit - but it can't read my old tapes,
- and I don't want an old PC hanging about just to read them now
- and again.
-
- Has anyone got a solution, like upgraded software, another software
- package compatable with the QIC-40 drive, SOURCE CODE, QIC-40
- standard specs, or even just Colorado Memory Systems EMAIL address??
- Thank for reading the message
- MARK HARRISON
- Happy new year to all.
