- Sorry about that.
-
- Anyway, I got a few replies, thank you all, and also anyone who tried
- and failed.
-
- In summary, most people seem to have minor id: %X'00000C' even
- at V5.5. The suggestion from two people, and I can believe it, is that
- with Motif comes with a new version of DECW$TRANSPORT_COMMON.
-
- Out of 6 machines at various operating systems, 2 had minor ids of
- %X'00000D', both had motif. The other 4 didn't have motif and had
- minor ids of %X'00000C'. Operation systems didn't seem to make a
- difference. 2 other people replied saying VMS 5.5, minor id: %X'00000C'
- which means it would have been %X'00000C' at 5.4 too, these things don't
- go down (-: we hope :-) but didn't mention Motif. Understandable, I
- sure didn't think of it.
-
- Thank you everyone - unless anyone wants to say that they have
- minor id: %X'00000C' and Motif, or minor id: %X'00000D' without
- Motif, I think this question can be closed. :-)
-
- ( What to do about it - that's MY problem )-:
-
- Thanks all,
