  18. There are several mistaken notions here.  The listings on the CD-ROM kit are
  19. most certainly ASCII flat files.  And you don't have to "justify" anything,
  20. just sign a source license agreement, and pay about $2200.

  27. Other things that are missing are certain blocks of code that reveal

  34. I'm not sure what you mean by "machine-readable copy", but the listings 
  35. CD-ROM is certainly machine-readable, printable on a straight text printer,
  36. SEARCHable, etc.
