  14. I just installed VAX NOTES with no apparent problems. But when I started
  15. playing with it, I found one "gotcha" that I need some help with. YES! I read
  16. the installation notes again, and the release notes several times - even the
  17. "Quick Summary" just in case.

  19. When I hit the HELP key (PF2 on VT 100s), I get into the editor (TPU?) ok, but
  20. get the following unhelpful message at the bottom of the screen:

  22.     Parameter 1's data type, INTEGER, unsupported
  23.  
  24. and no keypad picture. TPU continues to work and I can hit a keypad key and
  25. get an explanation ok. I can exit the help facility and get back to NOTES
  26. without difficulty.

  28. I spent hours mucking around in HELP and finally got a picture - so I know the
  29. capability is hanging around someplace. Suggestions greatly appreciated.
