  26.     Check the ownership of the file in question. If it's not
  27.     owned by you, O:RWED protection is no going to help.
  28.  
  29.     Then check the owenership and protection of the directory
  30.     file is in. You must have write access to the
  31.     directory to be able to delete files in it.
