- Neither did I, but I remember my old boss' 10 lines of DCL (copy this;
- mail that; delete other;...) to fix the problem. I innocently asked him
- why he didn't just do a READ/NEW from within mail. He about went
- through the ceiling! I hope the portion of the thread I've missed
- was not a lengthy solution to a trivial problem. However, I don't
- remember whether the READ/NEW clears the count, or decrements it.
