  26. I just verified: there is no such behaviour in UCX 2.0, all three versions 
  27. works
  28.  telnet domain-name 
  29.  telnet domain-name port-number
  30.  telnet numeric-address port-number

  32. What CAN happen: at the first attempt, domain-name look-up at the name server 
  33. timed out. The next one, using the same name, succeeded.
  34. Did You VERIFY, that it is not just that case?
