- If I want to change the DECnet address of a node in a
- VAXCluster do I have to reboot the entire cluster?
-
- I want to take a node with address 51.1xx and change it
- to address 63.1 and make it an Area router.
-
- I know that I need to
-
- NCP> DEFINE EXEC ADDRESS 63.1
- NCP> DEFINE EXEC TYPE AREA
-
- I also assume that I must then edit MODPARAMS.DAT and
- change SCSSYSTEMID, run autogen and reboot the node.
-
- Am I wrong?
-

- Please send responses directly to me as for some unknown reason
- I was un-subscribed from the list.
