  12. VAXCluster do I have to reboot the entire cluster?

  14. I want to take a node with address 51.1xx and change it
  15. to address 63.1 and make it an Area router.

  22. I also assume that I must then edit MODPARAMS.DAT and
  23. change SCSSYSTEMID, run autogen and reboot the node.
