  13.    I have a question about the Dec PDK CD.  I recall someone on
  14. one of the OS/2 newsgroups said they received the Dec PDK as a gift.
  15. Does this mean IBM is shipping free Dec PDK CD to all current members
  16. of the DAP program this month?  Or do we have to order it for $15
  17. ourselves?  I'm unsure whether to order it or wait for it.
