  10. Is there any way to determine what process has a file locked ???? We
  11. have an unusual occurrance of a file becoming locked, but we cannot find
  12. any program (using PSTAT) running that locks the file. The OS/2 error message
  13. (SYS0032) says another process has it locked, but doesn't give a Process ID 
  14. or anything.
