  12. I've noticed some applications that make restrictions on the size of a
  13. window while you resize it.  For example, when you have an OS/2 CMD.EXE
  14. window open, and you go to resize it, during the resize, the resize
  15. border will only go to multiples of the character size, if you know what
  16. I mean.  I want to be able to do this in one of my programs, how is it
  17. done?
