- Hi there.
- My OS/2 hangs up when I load NETX in VDM high and exit from VDM or
- kill VDM from window list.
-
- Seq. to hang OS/2 up.
- 1. Open VDM in full screen
- 2. Load NETX high using lh command.
- (You have to installed NetWare Requester for OS/2 and Virtual
- IPX driver for DOS Box).
- 3. type `exit' command on command prompt.
- 4. Now, your OS/2 will hang up.
-
- My system configuration is following.
- 1. NE2000 compatible card
- 2. 386/33 with 64K cache, 8M memory.
- 3. 80M conner IDE type HDD
- 4. NetWare 3.11 on Server.
- 5. NetWare Requester for OS/2 2.0(NSD 201) with some older files from
- prerelease version of NetWare Requester for OS/2 2.0.
- 6. Secondary monochrome monitor.
- 7. NETX version 3.26 or NETX version 3.22 from NetWare Requester for OS/2A
- 8. 4DOS 4.01 installed as a DOS shell.
- 9. 4OS2 1.0 installed as a OS/2 shell.
-
- If you know why my OS/2 hangs up, please tell me the cause or the solution for
- it.
-
- thanks
