  11. I can't get Kermit 5a(188) working.  I have a direct connection
  12. from my serial port to a terminal server which works under DOS and
  13. with the supplied OS/2 terminal program plus the older OS/2 Kermit, etc.
  14. When I try to connect to the port I get a "carrier is off" message
  15. and no connect.  I've tried playing with the pin setups via MODE
  16. and looking for something in Kermit, such as the set carrier on/off
  17. command (which does nothing).
